I hereby wanted to give you a brief update that together with my co-founder Pieter Buteneers , we have decided to commit ourselves to a new tech venture: ⚡️STRUCTIZE AI (www.structize.com).

BACKGROUND:
It has been almost 4 years ago that Chatlayer 🤖, the conversational AI platform, got acquired by Sinch 📳. Something we both are still extremely proud of today. What we have been able to build back then together with the team is truly remarkable. Chatlayer’s platform is still going strong today around the globe. Also, it has powered offerings like Sinch Engage & many other products with (Gen)AI. We hereby also want to thank again the team & thank Sinch 🙏 for this amazing journey.
WHY STARTING SOMETHING NEW?
So why do we start this new venture? Well, it is simple. ✨GenAI is creating seismic shifts in the Artificial Intelligence landscape. What Mobile Apps were for the 2010s, Chatbots were for the 2020s, GenAI is today and will be for the rest of this decade. So, we want businesses to take advantage from that in any possible way…and make it easy ✅ so literally ANY business can benefit.
WHAT IS ⚡️STRUCTIZE AI?
⚡️STRUCTIZE AI is a B2B SaaS solution for businesses where they can automate their workflow tasks by using GenAI & LLMs ⚙️. See it a bit as the Zapier / Make / IFTTT / ActivePieces of GenAI. More specifically, we have worked with customers over the last few weeks where we’ve created a structured API based on unstructured written content (think of website content, text in .pdfs, etc) so it becomes part of their routine workflows.
While workflows like Zapier / Make / IFTTT / ActivePieces demand an API-to-API setup, with ⚡️Structize AI you don’t need a structured API anymore in your workflow. Our next step will be to make this a business-user platform so you can get structured data 🧩 without coding.
Some examples are:
🏷️ Labelling articles automatically on your website and storing the metadata for personalized search. Goodbye trawling 1,000s of articles you don’t care about!
👩💻 Getting exact information out of a database of CVs, quotes, legal docs, so you can easily upload it into your system.
💲Automatically scrape a website of your competitor and receive price and products in a structured form.
🤑 Finding leads on blogs where your ideal target customer hangs out regularly.
🌪️ We could even help you migrate from one system to another if the APIs would not map 1-to-1.
We might hear you think: but Zapier / Make / IFTTT / ActivePieces exist already and they offer integration with OpenAI, also OpenAI has the GPT store, so isn’t this already solved? We don’t think so & this is our rationale:
👉 Zapier / Make / IFTTT / ActivePieces are great tools for process automation, but you need a lot of logic building in different steps to achieve anything with LLMs – trust us we’ve tried(!). It is simply not built for it.
👉 While the OpenAI GPTstore has many playful GPTs, it is mainly focused on individual use and not for businesses. Also to build a custom GPT, you need elaborated prompt engineering or even more sophisticated skills… and… you’ll have to maintain it yourself. Far from ideal as prompt engineering skills remain scarce within any organisation.
🎯 So in short, we want to power businesses of ANY size to reap the full benefit from the GenAI revolution to automate highly repetitive & mundane tasks by leveraging our expertise and have it on a GenAI first platform so you can scale it across your organisation.
